Saorsa is based on Emotional Regulation - increasing your awareness and gaining a clearer understanding of your emotions including Stress, Anger, Frustration, Fear, Sadness and Anxiety and then learning various ways to manage these differently.

Saorsa uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Relaxation tools and techniques, which will enable you to make and maintain change in your life.

Saorsa allows you to –

1. Learn how to identify triggers and Acknowledge, Accept and Attend to your emotions.

2. Understand worry and uncertainty. Identify unhelpful thinking and coping. Learn to challenge unhelpful thought.

4. Learn how cognitive behavioural therapy can help you change unhealthy behaviour.

6. Create your own emotional wellbeing plan.
